The Tailspin

Sunday nights are more decadent than Friday nights. Friday
nights are all about potential, all about making plans or executing plans, but
by the time you get to Sunday night, it’s the last bit of indulgence before the
grind of the work week kicks in. One deliciously made cocktail on a Sunday
night is a long sip of satisfaction, a moment to acknowledge contentment. Maybe
you didn’t accomplish everything on the weekend to-do list, but it’s too late
now, so live in the moment and enjoy, because before you know it, its gonna be
Monday morning.        Equal parts:

1     
1oz good cold gin

1     
1oz green Chartreuse

1     
1oz sweet Vermouth

Lots of ice, stir, rest, stir, sip.
