Make a pot of good espresso coffee.
Get out your cocktail shaker, which you already have in the
fridge or freezer.
Fill it with a lot of ice and a little bit of milk.
Add some sugar to the espresso.
Pour the espresso into the cocktail shaker and give it a
good, hard, long shake.
Strain the ice and pour into a cocktail glass.
It’s like having a little treat of a cocktail in the middle of the
afternoon; it’s cool and delicious and foamy. Mmmmm……. Perfect on a day
